LQTY is a token associated with the Liquity Protocol, which enables users to obtain interest-free loans by leveraging Ether as collateral. The protocol facilitates the issuance of loans in LUSD, with a notably low minimum collateral ratio of 110%. This design allows borrowers to access liquidity while maintaining a secure and efficient borrowing environment.
